The sighting comes as Kellan continues to keep fans wondering on his relationship status, as he reportedly split from "90210" actress AnnaLynne McCord - thought he pair were spotted making a hotel rendezvous earlier this month.
Meanwhile, Lutz will soon be jetting off to join in on the filming of "Breaking Dawn" in Louisiana and Vancouver over the next few months.
